Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Products without original packaging

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
